Product Variations

Every Scahlps Studio piece is handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. Each item may show slight differences in color, size, and finish. Your hair may also look a little different from the photos on our website and social media, since lighting, setting, and camera settings all affect how color and texture appear on screen.

Wrong Order Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping terms and Processing

Processing

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Days

We do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Our last pickup of the week is on Friday before 2 PM
  • Orders placed after that will be picked up and shipped on Monday

Order Authorization Policy

Every order requires a completed authorization form, submitted at checkout. If the form isn’t completed within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Returns Cancellations & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Scahlps Studio (drscahlp.com) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Every order undergoes strict quality control before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Exceptions (Order Errors Only)

An exchange will only be considered if an error has been made on our end. This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving an item that does not match your confirmed order

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence for review

Requests made outside this timeframe will be denied.

Exchange Requirements (If Approved)

If your exchange request is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Hair must be completely unused
  • All original ties and bindings must remain intact
  • Original packaging must be present
  • Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way

Once your exchange is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

  • This texture is high maintenance and best for customers experienced with raw hair. It is not recommended for beginners.
  • Co-washing before installation is mandatory.
  • Colour bleeding and fading may happen with washing, especially in the first few washes.
  • If you are not familiar with maintaining raw hair extensions, please do not purchase.

Want to know more?

Care instructions

  • Before installing: co-wash your bundles in cold water.
  • Optional vinegar rinse: mix equal parts white or apple cider vinegar and cold water, rinse briefly, then rinse well with cold water. Vinegar does not guarantee the colour will not bleed.
  • Wash: Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate shampoo and conditioner to keep the hair smooth and protect the colour.
  • Do not use: Mielle Organics, Design Essentials, Silicon Mix or African American (AA) hair care products.
  • Avoid harsh clarifying shampoos, hot water and over-washing. Keep up with detangling, conditioning and moisture.

Can I bleach it?

It can be bleached, but we strongly advise against it. Extra processing can loosen the pattern, weaken the hair and shorten its life.

I wore my Tokyo pink hair to Japan for my birthday & was so in love!! I got so many compliments on my hair. The hair was full & vibrant.. definitely did what it needed to do. My hair did stain the neck/ back of some of my clothes & sometimes tangled a bit but overall the quality of the hair was good.

This helps colour treated hair without stripping it. After using both please rinse with cold water
