Q: When does the restock go live?

A: Restocks go live at 9 AM EST. Please ensure you are on the site on time, no early access is provided.

Q: How fast will my order ship after restock?

A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after being placed. Once processed, your order will be shipped out promptly.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, as our carrier pickup service is not available.

Q: How long does it take to receive my hair after ordering?

A:

• U.S. Orders: Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after your order has been shipped.
  
• International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Q: Can I bleach baby curly?

A: Yes, you can! Bleaching your hair extensions will loosen the curl pattern, so we always recommend choosing the color that’s closest to your desired shade.

☀️ For lighter tones, try Baby Curly Honey. This helps maintain the integrity of the curls while achieving the look you want 💕

Q: Tips for dyeing bundles jet black?
A: Hi colour is a great option! After dyeing, restore moisture using the Pantene Oil Blend System or even better Olaplex

Q: Do notifications give early access to shop?
A: No, notifications are just alerts that hair is restocking. They do not give early shopping access.

Q: Do you allow preorders for drops?
A: Currently, no preorders are available. All items are sold in-stock only so you receive your hair faster.

Q: Are 2 bundles enough for a flipover?
A: In my opinion, no. 2 bundles won’t give you a full enough look. For a flipover or fuller install, go with 3 or more.

Q: Will 3 bundles be enough for volume?
A: 3 bundles is perfect for a regular install. If you want extra volume or fluff, go for 4. Just remember 4 bundles = 400g of hair.

Q: What products do you recommend?
A: I love Pantene’s Extreme Intensive Oil Repair line.

Q: Can I straighten my bundles?

• A: Yes, all of our bundles can be straightened. Just be sure to use a generous amount of heat protectant so that you don't heat damage your investment!

Q: Best way to define curls after coloring?
We found that The Doux gel combination was too drying, and Miss Jessie’s products left the hair with a dry, matte feeling. Because of this, we now recommend using Mirra Ms Curl Leave-In instead.

If you have to much build up from previous product reset the hair, please follow these steps:

Please wash the hair twice with shampoo to thoroughly remove any existing product buildup. Follow with Pantene conditioner to restore moisture back into the hair. Rinse the conditioner out completely using medium warm water. Once the hair is clean and conditioned, apply Mirra Ms Curl Leave-In evenly through the hair.

This routine should restore the hair’s softness, shine, and curl definition.

Q: Can I wear Baby Curly in the ocean?
A: Yes, just rinse or wash it out after. Salt water can dry out hair, so follow up with a leave-in or moisturizing conditioner to keep curls soft.

Damage or Loss:

We can assist you through the claims process. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must take the following steps immediately:

1. File a claim with UPS at https://www.ups.com/claims/
2. Email us at scahlpstudios@gmail.com with:
3. A detailed explanation of the issue
4. Your claim number
5. A screenshot confirming the claim has been submitted
   

Once this has been completed, we will open a claim with our insurance provider on your behalf and monitor the process.

Important:

• Claims typically take 20 to 25 business days for review and approval
  
• Refunds will only be issued once the claim has been approved
  
• We do not guarantee replacements
  

If the package is delivered after a refund has been issued, you are required to either return the item or repay the refunded amount. Failure to do so may result in escalation to a third-party debt collection agency.
