Refund Eligibility

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Scahlps Studio (drscahlp.com) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

At Scahlps Studio, every order undergoes strict quality control prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Exceptions (Order Errors Only)

An exchange will only be considered if an error has been made on our end. This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving an item that does not match your confirmed order

If you believe there is an issue with your order:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo evidence for review

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the request being denied.

Exchange Requirements (If Approved)

If your exchange request is approved:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must meet all of the following conditions:

    Hair must be completely unused

    All original ties and bindings must remain intact

    Original packaging must be present

    Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way


    Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Shipping, Loss, and Claims

  • Scahlps Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • Customers must file a claim directly with UPS via ups.com/claims.
  • Proof of claim submission (screenshot confirmation) must be sent to scahlpstudios@gmail.com so we can proceed with an insurance claim.

Important:

  • Claims typically take 20 to 25 business days for review and approval
  • Refunds will only be issued once the claim has been approved

If a refunded package is later delivered:

  • You are required to return the item, or
  • Repay the refunded amount

Failure to comply will result in escalation to a third-party debt collection agency for recovery of funds.

Important Notes


  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless:

    A shipping insurance claim is approved, or

    Required by law

  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper handling, installation, or maintenance after delivery
  • Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions

Final Agreement

By placing an order with Scahlps Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

Shipping Policy

No P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order may be canceled.

Shipping Timeframes:
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Please note that products are not shipped on weekends, as they are dispatched from our distribution center and the truck does not pick up on weekends.

  • Address Accuracy:
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is correct at checkout.
  • We are unable to modify addresses once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, loss, or return of the package.

    A valid email address and phone number must be provided to receive order updates, shipping confirmations, and any necessary communication regarding your order.

  • Damage or Loss:
    Scahlps Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, however, we will assist you through the claims process.
    If you experience an issue with your shipment:

    File a claim immediately with UPS at https://www.ups.com/claims/

    Email us at scahlpstudios@gmail.com with:
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Your claim number
  • A screenshot confirming the claim has been submitted

    Once received, we will proceed with filing an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that claims typically take 20 to 25 business days for review and approval, and refunds will only be issued once the claim has been approved.
    If the package is delivered after a refund has been issued, you are required to either return the item or repay the refunded amount. Failure to comply may result in escalation to a third-party debt collection agency.


Incorrect Address:

Scahlps Studio is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please carefully review your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays, loss, or return of your package.

International Orders

Customs Duties and Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not covered by Scahlp Studios and must be paid upon delivery. Check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Reshipping

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.
