Important Information for Orders
1. All Sales Final:
Scahlp Studios (drscahlp.com) does not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you cannot request a return or exchange. 
2. Shipping Policy:
- No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box, your order will be automatically canceled.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order. We cannot change the address once an order is processing or has shipped, and incorrect information may cause delays. Provide a valid email address and phone number for order updates.
3. Shipping Issues:
- Damage or Loss: Scahlp Studios is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen. If you encounter such issues, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Wrong Address: We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Double-check your address to avoid issues.
4. Order Fulfillment:
Drscahlp.com handles order processing and fulfillment. 
5. Reshipping:
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.
6. International Orders: 
- Customs Duties and Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not covered by Scahlp Studios and must be paid upon delivery. Check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
