Refund & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Scahlps Studio (drscahlp.com) are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Exchanges (Errors Only)
Exchanges are only permitted if an error has been made on our end. This includes:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving an item that does not match your confirmed order
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scahlpstudios@gmail.com with clear photo evidence. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be reviewed.
Exchange Process (If Approved)
If your exchange request is approved:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Return instructions will be provided via email
Exchange Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Hair must be completely unused
- All original ties and bindings must remain fully intact
- Original packaging must be present
- Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way
- Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required

Shipping, Loss, and Claims
- Scahlps Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
- Customers must file a claim directly with UPS at https://www.ups.com/claims/
- Proof of claim submission (claim number and screenshot) must be emailed to scahlpstudios@gmail.com
Once submitted, we will open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Important:
- Claims typically take 20 to 25 business days for review and approval
- Refunds will only be issued once the claim has been approved
- We do not guarantee replacements
If a refunded package is later delivered, you are required to return the item or repay the refunded amount. Failure to comply may result in escalation to a third-party debt collection agency.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend insuring your return package, Scahlps Studio is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
- All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival
- If the item does not meet eligibility requirements, the exchange will be denied and the item will be returned to you
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions (Non-Eligible Items)
We do not offer exchanges or returns for:
- Sale items
- Wigs
- Clip-ins
