Product Variations

Every Scahlps Studio piece is handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. Each item may show slight differences in color, size, and finish. Your hair may also look a little different from the photos on our website and social media, since lighting, setting, and camera settings all affect how color and texture appear on screen.

Wrong Order Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping terms and Processing

Processing

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Days

We do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Our last pickup of the week is on Friday before 2 PM
  • Orders placed after that will be picked up and shipped on Monday

Order Authorization Policy

Every order requires a completed authorization form, submitted at checkout. If the form isn’t completed within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Returns Cancellations & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Scahlps Studio (drscahlp.com) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Every order undergoes strict quality control before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Exceptions (Order Errors Only)

An exchange will only be considered if an error has been made on our end. This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving an item that does not match your confirmed order

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence for review

Requests made outside this timeframe will be denied.

Exchange Requirements (If Approved)

If your exchange request is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Hair must be completely unused
  • All original ties and bindings must remain intact
  • Original packaging must be present
  • Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way

Once your exchange is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

Our 5x5 Raw Luxe Straight wig is made to order with premium Vietnamese hair: thick, silky and luxurious, with a natural look straight out of the box.

Origin: Vietnam
Texture: Straight
Lace: Low-density, factory pre-plucked HD lace closure (5x5)
Density: Low-density closure; double drawn, thick bundles
Cap size: Medium (22" circumference)
Styling: Uncustomised. No plucking needed, just bleach the knots and go

When will my wig arrive?

Each Raw Luxe Vietnamese wig is made to order. Sewing takes 10 business days, then allow about 5 business days for shipping, so expect your wig roughly 20+ business days after you order.

Sizing and fit

Luxe caps fit slightly loose. If you are between sizes or have a narrow forehead, size down so the cap does not push on your ears. Every unit has adjustable straps and built-in combs to keep it secure all day. To request custom cap sizing, add a size to your cart or email scahlpstudios@gmail.com with your order number and preferred size.

Styling tips

Style it just like any high-quality hair. For the best result, we recommend layering to bring out its natural movement and help curls hold.

Loved my wig! There was a misunderstanding with my first wig that we were able to fix and get my new wig sent in before graduation. I love the fullness and color. The only drawback is that the hair does get a little frizzy but that is very common with blonde colored wigs so I’ve been making sure I take care of it. Other than that, the wig is great. Hair was amazing! Knots were not able to bleach completely due to hair dye saturating closure (per my hairstylist). I was disappointed on that aspect.

Store owner replied: Hi Breanna thank you for your purchase! You can double bleach your closure with 30 volume developer and blue/ purple bleach powder to lift the roots. Also if your hairstylist is not comfortable doing this you can always click the customize option where we bleach the knots for you Warm regards
