Product Variations

Every Scahlps Studio piece is handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. Each item may show slight differences in color, size, and finish. Your hair may also look a little different from the photos on our website and social media, since lighting, setting, and camera settings all affect how color and texture appear on screen.

Wrong Order Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Processing

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Days

We do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• Our last pickup of the week is on Friday before 2 PM
• Orders placed after that will be picked up and shipped on Monday

Order Authorization Policy

Every order requires a completed authorization form, submitted at checkout. If the form isn’t completed within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Scahlps Studio (drscahlp.com) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Every order undergoes strict quality control before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Exceptions (Order Errors Only)

An exchange will only be considered if an error has been made on our end. This includes:

• Receiving the wrong item
• Receiving an item that does not match your confirmed order

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo evidence for review

Requests made outside this timeframe will be denied.

Exchange Requirements (If Approved)

If your exchange request is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must meet all of the following conditions:

• Hair must be completely unused
• All original ties and bindings must remain intact
• Original packaging must be present
• Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way
