Product Variations

Every Scahlps Studio piece is handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. Each item may show slight differences in color, size, and finish. Your hair may also look a little different from the photos on our website and social media, since lighting, setting, and camera settings all affect how color and texture appear on screen.

Wrong Order Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping terms and Processing

Processing

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Days

We do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Our last pickup of the week is on Friday before 2 PM
  • Orders placed after that will be picked up and shipped on Monday

Order Authorization Policy

Every order requires a completed authorization form, submitted at checkout. If the form isn’t completed within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Returns Cancellations & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Scahlps Studio (drscahlp.com) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Every order undergoes strict quality control before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Exceptions (Order Errors Only)

An exchange will only be considered if an error has been made on our end. This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving an item that does not match your confirmed order

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence for review

Requests made outside this timeframe will be denied.

Exchange Requirements (If Approved)

If your exchange request is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Hair must be completely unused
  • All original ties and bindings must remain intact
  • Original packaging must be present
  • Hair must not be installed, washed, brushed, altered, cut, dyed, or manipulated in any way

Once your exchange is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

Beige is a soft, neutral blonde-brown for light, natural-looking curls.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

  • Weft sealing is mandatory for this texture. You are also required to use the recommended products below. Skipping either will lead to excessive shedding, tangling and/or matting.
  • This is a high-maintenance texture and some natural shedding is expected. For lower maintenance, choose LM Baby Curly or Indian Curly.
  • Do not mix Baby Curly Raw 2.0 with LM Baby Curly.
  • If you are not willing to seal your wefts and follow the care routine, please do not purchase this item.

Bundle tips for this hair

Longer lengths naturally look less full, so you may want an extra bundle for more volume.

Length guide

Lengths are measured fully stretched. Curls shrink about 4 inches, so your hair will look shorter in its natural state.

Care instructions

  • Wash: Pantene shampoo and conditioner.
  • Define: Mirra 3C Leave-In or Matrix A Curl Can Dream only.
  • Do not use: Mielle, Design Essentials, Silicon Mix or AA hair products.

Colouring

This hair can be bleached, but bleaching will significantly loosen or damage the curl pattern.

Matches my hair perfectly it feels like real natural black hair. If you have been natural and just want some length I suggest doing your sew in with this! If you’re not used to dealing with your natural curls you might not like the texture.
