Shipping

Your item will ship the same day if you have placed your order before 5pm on a weekday.

Weekend orders ship on Monday/ Tuesday if its a Holiday.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.  Once we provide you with tracking information, it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package safely.  If there is any mishaps with the delivery of your package please contact your local USPS office for further assistance.  All packages are insured. 

Wig Questions

Custom colours are not currently offered. I do however sometimes remake wigs, most are one of one. You can have your items coloured by appointment if the hair is from drscahlp.com via scahlpstudios.as.me . To be the first to know when my new wigs are available be sure to follow @scahlpstudios on instagram as well as the appointment page @drscahlp 

All wigs come factory new. Unless you have selected customize, You must take it to your hairstylist to customize. 

If you wish for your wig to be customized, select customize my hairline. This will increase your order wait time by one day.
